Before the day.

  • What you are after

    Or a rough description — "my skin is fed up" is a perfectly good brief.

  • At mine or at yours

    Mobile travel is free within 20 miles of Middleton; further out, ask and I will quote it.

  • When suits

    Evenings and weekends go first, so give me a couple of options if you can.

  • Anything new

    Pregnancy, new medication, a recent peel or retinol — it changes what is safe.

Deposits. £10 on any booking over £25, by bank transfer when you book, and taken off the total on the day. Move or cancel with 48 hours' notice and it moves with you.

Patch tests. Brow tints and LVL lash lifts need one at least 24 hours beforehand — book it in at the same time, especially if there is a wedding involved.

First visit? Fill in the consultation form before you come.

Payment. Cash, Bank transfer.

Including evenings. Messages are answered between appointments, so if it goes quiet for an hour or two I am probably mid-facial.
